As a church operations consultant, Jered brings together professional CPA expertise and nearly two decades of hands-on experience in accounting, financial management, organizational leadership, and church operations.
In church leadership, Jered has worked across finance, budgeting, facilities, technology, insurance, risk management, human resources, systems implementation, and major projects. That experience has given him a practical understanding of the challenges pastors and church leaders face—challenges that often extend far beyond traditional accounting.
Jered founded Church Operations Group to make that experience available to other churches. His goal is simple: help church leaders build stronger systems, make well-informed decisions, and steward the resources entrusted to them with excellence.
